We hope everyone is safe and well after the extraordinary weather conditions brought about by Storm Emma. Thankfully school has now resumed as normal.
Junior Cert Orals
We would like to wish the very best of luck to all of our students who are particpating in Junior Cert Orals in Irish, French, German, Italian, Spanish over the next two weeks.
History Day
History Day took place today (Wed 7th). This was a wonderful day and there was some fantastic displays of work on show with all year groups having the opportunity to browse the various displays. We would like to congratulate students on the high levels of innovation they showed in the creative showcasing of their work. We would also like to thank the many teachers involved in the organising of the day.

History Association Table Quiz
The History Association Table Quiz for first and second year students will take place on Friday at lunchtime.
Festival of Music
The Festival of Music Concert will now take place on Tuesday 13th March at 19:30. We are really looking forward to seeing our fantastic musicians showcase their talent. All tickets purchased for the original date can be used on the night. Tickets are also still available. Please see Ms Butler or Mr Kingston for further information.
Seachtain na Gaelige
This will take place next week (12th to 16th March). Events will include Trath na gCeiste (quiz), Diospoireacht (debate) agus Ceolchoirm (concert) with special guest James Patrice Ambasadoir Seachtain na Gaelige. Keep an eye on the website for further details later in the week.
GAA
Under 14 Girls training resumes this Thursday.
The Under 14 Boys Leinster Semi Final has been refixed for next Tuesday the 13th of March @ 1-15pm. We are awaiting confirmation of the venue.
The Under 16 Boys Dublin Semi Final has yet to fixed. We expect the fixture to be set early next week. We also hope to have details of the next Under 14 Boys Hurling game by Friday.
